Shop confidently and enjoy hassle-free online shopping with our 60-Day Perfect Fit Promise. With our commitment to customer satisfaction, you have the freedom to exchange your Conturve products within 60 days of purchase for a preferred size, colour, or style.
Exchanges
Easily find your ideal fit without any fuss! Exchange for a different style, size, or colour at no extra cost.**
Store Credit
Store credit includes a $7 bonus — meaning you'll receive more than a cash refund. Once selected, store credit cannot be converted to a cash refund.
Returns/Refunds
If you're not completely satisfied, returns are simple. Pay a minimal fee of $4 (please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable), and we'll promptly refund your purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, visit our Returns Portal.*
International Orders
Refunds will be processed in your local currency based on the current exchange rate.
Please be aware that items damaged due to regular wear and tear or misuse will not be considered faulty, and Conturve reserves the right to decline refunds on these grounds.Items marked as **Final/Clearance Sale and accessories are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

What if I miss the return window (60 day Return Policy)
